Shipping
We ship DAP or DDP from Sharjah, UAE to the UK, EU, Ireland, Nordics and Australia / NZ. Shipping is quoted per destination. Customs duties and VAT are buyer's responsibility unless DDP is selected.
Warranty & returns
30-day functional warranty from delivery. Plus a 7-day inspection window from delivery — if the unit doesn't match what we described, we'll arrange return and refund. Cosmetic wear consistent with the listed grade is not covered.
