Who we are

Recontech is a trading name of Haztech (MO Machine Group), registered in the United Arab Emirates under Trade License CN-5008117. We act as a brokerage between Sitech Gulf and international buyers of refurbished surveying and machine-control equipment.

Title and risk

Title to all equipment passes from Sitech Gulf directly to the buyer at the point of payment confirmation. Risk passes per the agreed Incoterm (DDP or DAP) on the commercial invoice.

Warranty

A 30-day functional warranty applies from the date of delivery. See /why-us/warranty for full terms, exclusions and the claims process.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the item supplied. We do not accept liability for consequential losses including but not limited to loss of profit, project delay or third-party claims.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be referred to the courts of Sharjah.
